Waylight Inc. is looking for an experienced Drywall Repair Technician / Window Installer to join our installation team. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform drywall and wall repairs associated with window and door replacement projects. When drywall repair work is not scheduled, you will assist our installation team with window and door installation and other jobsite duties. Responsibilities Repair drywall damage around newly installed windows and doors Patch drywall, apply tape and joint compound, sand, and prepare surfaces for finishing Match existing wall texture as closely as possible Perform minor caulking, trim, touch-up, and painting when needed Assist with window and door removal and installation Load and unload windows, doors, tools, and materials Protect customers' floors, furniture, and surrounding areas Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Travel to residential and commercial jobsites throughout the DFW area Qualifications Previous drywall repair and finishing experience required Must be able to independently complete small-to-medium drywall repairs Experience with texture matching is strongly preferred Window, door, remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience is a plus Must be comfortable using hand and power tools Able to lift and carry construction materials Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Reliable, responsible, and able to work professionally in customers' homes Basic English communication skills preferred

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
