Responsibilities Complete a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, fixture installation, and general repair work. Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Diagnose problems and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions. Build trust with homeowners and business owners through professional communication and quality workmanship. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work independently while managing your daily schedule and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Follow company safety standards and represent the Mr. Handyman brand professionally on every job. Qualifications 3+ years of paid experience in residential or commercial maintenance, remodeling, or repair. Strong skills across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
