Job Description

Electrical Technician Helper Pirro Electric | Washington DC Metro (DC / MD / VA) Full-Time | W-2 | [$18-$25 per hour, based on experience] About Us Pirro Electric is a family-run electrical contractor that has served the DC metro area for more than 20 years. We handle ongoing maintenance for more than 100 properties, plus commercial, retail, and builder projects. We also specialize in aluminum-to-copper rewiring for condominium and HOA communities. We're growing and want hard-working people who want to learn the electrical trade from the ground up. What You'll Do Help licensed electricians with installs, repairs, and rewiring projects Pull wire, mount boxes, and install receptacles, switches, and fixtures under supervision Prep occupied condo units before work starts: move furniture, lay down floor protection, and cover the homeowner's belongings Clean up at the end of each day and put units back the way we found them Load and unload materials, keep the truck organized, and track inventory Pick up materials from supply houses as needed Treat residents' homes with respect and represent Pirro professionally What We're Looking For Electrical services work, construction or trade experience is a plus Mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and able to take direction Reliable and on time, every day Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Able to lift 50 lbs., stand and kneel for long periods, climb ladders, and work in attics and crawl spaces Comfortable working in people's homes and polite with residents Basic hand tools preferred; we can help you build your kit
Bonus:

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, [8:00 AM-5:00 PM], with occasional overtime
