Installer Req #769 Delphos, OH 45833, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Monday, September 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM Job Summary The Installer works under the direction of the Project Manager and reports to the Assistant Project Manager. Their job is to assist the Assistant Project Manager with installing racking, setting up new warehouses, changing existing racking and moving product. Help in any aspect of getting our new inventory system "WISE" up and running as quickly and accurate as possible. Job Duties and Responsibilities Assemble and install racking according to warehouse layout. Disassemble old racking. Move and make changes to existing racking. Layout and paint truck and farm area according to layout. Move product to new racking, according to new layout charting. Hang signs and labels. Provide training on new charting system to warehouse employees. Work with and train temps or other employees assisting the installers. Visit and work with locations on special projects. Help out where needed to help reach the goals of K&M Tire. Work in warehouse when not traveling . Job Requirements Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications. Must possess a friendly and helpful attitude. Must possess strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a multi-tasking, professional environment. Must pay close attention to details. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. continuously. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be willing to travel. May need to stay at one location for several weeks or even several months at a time. Must have the ability to adapt with change.
