Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift - 2pm to 10pm About the Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team on 2nd Shift . If you enjoy troubleshooting complex electrical systems, keeping production running, and working in a hands-on industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity with a stable company that values safety, teamwork, and career growth. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical equipment to minimize downtime. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery. Install, maintain, and repair motors, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and electrical panels. Diagnose issues with PLC-controlled equipment and assist with troubleshooting. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Support mechanical repairs as needed, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and production equipment. Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately. Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. What We're Looking For 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 480V, motor controls, VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, sensors, and relays. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and mechanical systems is preferred. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Experience in a foundry, metals, or heavy industrial environment is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
