As a leader in our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality electrical systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring all work adheres to electrical codes and safety procedures. Travel up to 50% Responsibilities Lead and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across industrial and commercial sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise wiring and system setups. Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and multimeters to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage electrical wiring, motor control equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and low-voltage systems. Ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association) standards, NEC (National Electrical Code), and local electrical building codes. Supervise junior electricians, providing guidance on technical tasks such as schematics reading, industrial motor maintenance, and construction site safety procedures. Perform routine electrical maintenance on industrial motors and equipment to maximize operational efficiency. Oversee the installation of electrical systems in new construction projects while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints reading skills, and construction experience to complete projects accurately. Maintain detailed records of all work performed, inspections conducted, and safety checks completed to ensure accountability. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial electrician Skilled in troubleshooting complex electrical problems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, ammeters, multimeters, and other testing equipment. Experience working with high-voltage wiring systems and motor control equipment in industrial or construction environments. Ability to perform high-voltage electrical wiring tasks safely while adhering to all relevant safety protocols. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams of electricians on large-scale projects or construction sites. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial motor maintenance is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction site experience including framing carpentry skills is a plus for integrated project coordination.
