Job Summary:

LED is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our team. We specialize in upgrading outdated lighting systems to modern, energy-efficient LED solutions for both commercial and residential customers. This position involves hands-on electrical work in the field, including replacing and retrofitting existing lighting systems, bypassing outdated ballasts, and installing new LED fixtures. We are looking for professionals who take pride in clean, efficient electrical work and want steady, consistent projects.

Responsibilities:

Bypass and remove old fluorescent ballasts and outdated lighting components Install LED tubes, panels, drivers, and complete fixture replacements Retrofit existing fixtures for LED compatibility Perform electrical troubleshooting and ensure safe, code-compliant installations Work on ladders, lifts, and in ceiling spaces when required Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Electrician license ( preferred) Experience with lighting retrofits and electrical installations Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Contract Pay:

$1,045.63 - $1,259.25 per week
