Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman/Foreman Electrician to join our team. For new construction of Apartments, Hotels, Restaurants , and Commercial. Experience installing Switch Gear, Meter Stacks, Unit Feeders, Panels, Lighting Controls and Architectural Lighting required!

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK!

!! As a Lead Journeyman , you will be responsible for laying out and installing, Lighting, Power, inverters, switchgear/ Panels, Feeders, Meter Stacks, and your team.

Duties:

• Plan and coordinate with team daily to insure success
• Morning Coordination with Superintendant
• Coordinate daily with on site job Superintendent
• Supervise a team of electricians and other workers on-site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Electrician or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore, and our custom daily report app.
• Multi-Family Experience Required
• Hotel Experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus but not required

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK!

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
