Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our small town team. Please call me to discuss this role! you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various residential settings, with supervision until both parties feel capable of you being on your own. Service calls, generac maintenance/install, ev chargers, panel upgrades and spa wiring, is a lot of what we do! Your expertise will ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local electrical codes, including NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards). You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical systems by applying your extensive knowledge of electrical diagnostics, blueprint reading, and high-voltage wiring. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from renovation to new construction, utilizing your hands-on skills with power tools and hand tools to deliver exceptional results. We have workers comp and payroll. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) and local electrical codes. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools Perform maintenance on electrical systems Conduct electrical diagnostics to diagnose system failures efficiently and implement effective solutions swiftly. Follow strict electrical safety procedures during all phases of work to protect yourself and colleagues from hazards associated with high-voltage wiring and live circuits. Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new build projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall project scope. Qualifications proven experience Knowledge of the above mentioned high demand installs Willing to learn, show up on time, able to follow directions Strong understanding of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, and local electrical codes to ensure compliance at all times. Proficiency with troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters, multimeters, and power tools. Hands-on experience working on construction sites or renovation projects Ability to work safely following established electrical safety procedures while handling low voltage or high-voltage wiring tasks. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment necessary for complex electrical work.
