Electrical trade-school or technical training ServiceTitan experience Panel upgrade and permitting experience Flat-rate pricing experience Customer-service, estimating, or in-home sales experience What You'll Do Travel to scheduled residential service calls in a company vehicle Review customer information and service-call details Diagnose electrical issues such as dead outlets, breaker/panel problems, flickering lights, faulty circuits, and safety concerns Perform residential repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and approved installations Complete panel upgrades, main-breaker replacements, subpanel installations, and Level 2 EV charger installations Conduct residential electrical safety evaluations Document conditions, recommendations, and completed work Explain technical findings and repair options to homeowners Complete approved repairs during the initial visit when possible Coordinate larger installations with the installation team Complete digital estimates, invoices, material requests, and job documentation Maintain a stocked company vehicle and follow safety and customer-service procedures Participate in twice-weekly technical, customer-service, and role-play training This is a residential service role, focused on troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and working directly with homeowners rather than traditional construction-site electrical work.
