WHAT A SUGAR BEAR SERVICE ELECTRICIAN LOOKS LIKE

We are looking for more than someone who can pull wire.

You Should be able to:

Diagnose electrical problems accurately Perform service and repair work professional Troubleshoot panels, circuit, breakers, GFCI's and electrcial systems Identify electrical and fire-safety concerns Present repair and replacement options Keep your work area clean Complete accurate paperwork and job documentation Take before-and-after photos Build trust with customers Look for additional legitimate electrical concerns while in the home Stand behind your workmanship

What $52/Hour Means to Sugar Bear Sugar Bear is making a significant investment in every electrician we put on the road. Your wage is only one part of that investment. The company is also responsible for payroll burden, workers' compensation, vehicle expenses, fuel, insurance, tools, office staff, dispatching, marketing, training, warranties, callbacks, unproductive time and company overhead. Our Internal labor model starts approximately at: $52 wage The Opportunity A strong electrician shouldn't have to stay at $52/hour forever.
