If you take pride in clean, code-compliant work and want steady projects in a team-focused environment, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings Perform rough and finish wiring for apartments and housing units Troubleshoot electrical issues and deliver effective solutions Read and interpret blueprints and electrical layouts Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local codes Work closely with team members to keep projects on schedule What You Bring Valid Connecticut E1 or E2 Electrical License Experience in residential wiring (multifamily preferred) Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes Valid driver's license + clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to collaborate with team members and understand technical documents Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Team player with the ability to work independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Work Environment Residential construction sites (multifamily housing) Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions Fast-paced projects with consistent workflow Work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the day Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights Why Join Us?
