We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. Position Full-Time E2 Electrician What We're Looking For Valid Connecticut E2 Electrical License Reliable and dependable — show up, communicate, and follow through Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial electrical work Able to read and understand electrical plans, diagrams, and layouts Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Professional and respectful attitude with customers, coworkers, and other trades Able to maintain a clean and organized work area Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to follow all safety procedures and company standards Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and service work Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine appropriate solutions Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment Read plans, diagrams, and specifications Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete work safely, efficiently, and according to applicable codes Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used What We Value At S&P Electrical, reliability matters .
