Responsibilities Install outdoor security cameras in playgrounds, parking lots, and around the building. Run wiring/conduit as needed. Complete general electrical repairs and maintenance. Requirements Licensed and insured. Commercial electrical experience preferred. Own tools and transportation. Able to pass a background check. Schedule Flexible. Work may be completed during weekdays, evenings, or weekends. Pay $50/hour as an independent contractor. Important A written estimate of labor hours and total project cost must be approved before any work begins. No additional work may be performed without prior approval.
