Key Responsibilities Service & Troubleshooting:

Perform residential service calls, diagnostic troubleshooting, and electrical repairs.

Upgrades & Installation:

Execute panel upgrades, panel swaps, and complete rewires.

Remodels:

Work directly on residential remodels and renovation projects.

Customer Relations:

Deliver exceptional service through clean, respectful, and transparent homeowner communication.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensing:

Active Residential Journeyman (or Master) License in Iowa.

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential service work.

Clear Driving & Background Record:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving and background check.

Tools:

Must own standard hand tools (major tools, specialty equipment, and company vehicles provided).
