Boscan Builders LLC is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our team for a large-scale industrial/pharmaceutical construction project in Lebanon, Indiana. The selected candidates will support the installation of fire alarm and related electrical systems in accordance with project drawings, specifications, applicable electrical codes, and site safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Install conduit, raceways, boxes, supports, cabling, and other components associated with fire alarm and electrical systems. Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, layouts, and project specifications. Perform wire pulling, device installation, terminations, and other electrical installation activities as assigned. Assist with installation, troubleshooting, testing, punch-list work, and completion of fire alarm systems. Properly use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment required for electrical construction. Coordinate daily work with Crew Leaders, Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades on the project. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow Boscan Builders and project-specific safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards. Report installation issues, material needs, or field conflicts to the appropriate supervisor. Perform work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction. Experience with fire alarm systems is strongly preferred. Ability to read electrical drawings and construction plans. Familiarity with conduit installation, wire pulling, electrical devices, and terminations. Understanding of electrical safety practices and applicable codes. Ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew. Ability to follow instructions and meet project quality and safety requirements. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to perform the physical duties associated with electrical construction, including climbing ladders, working at heights, and lifting construction materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 58.0 per week
