Job Description

McCordsville, IN Permanent $95,000 - $105,000 TXM are recruiting on behalf of a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, to join a state-of-the-art distribution facility in the McCordsville area. As a Reliability Technician you will be utilising your skillset to lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives whilst working alongside site management to drive overall equipment reliability.

Your Responsibilities:
Carrying out Root Cause Analysis and leading Continuous Improvement tasks. Lead small teams to complete improvement projects. Performing Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on Automated Storage Retrieval Systems, and Storage and picking systems. Reporting Job details, breakdown information and follow up tasks in a CMMS system. Providing exceptional support to the on-site customer's installed systems. General care and housekeeping of machinery and work areas.
Your Experience:
At least 2-3 years' experience carrying out Electrical and Mechanical tasks on highly automated machinery. A strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis methodologies and a proven record of driving site improvements. Experience working within a high pressurized maintenance environment. Project Management experience. Previous experience working on PLC systems, sensors, motors, inverters, control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes. Reporting on work orders and inputting breakdown information using a CMMS system. Eligibility to work in the USA. Our customer is an equal opportunity employer.
