We foster a fun, high-energy work environment where hard work is rewarded and learning never stops Key Responsibilities Lead and execute commercial and residential remodel and new construction electrical projects. Lead and execute commercial and residential service, repair, and installation electrical projects. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the latest electrical codes and safety standards Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing expert solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Effectively communicate with customers, teammates, and leadership Mentor and guide apprentices or helpers when necessary Manage job materials, tools, and company vehicle to ensure efficiency and readiness What We're Looking For Residential and commercial electrical experience preferred (industrial not required) Ability to read commercial blue prints Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude A coachable mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally What's In It for You? 401(k) Retirement Plan
