Requirements High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience installing or servicing low-voltage systems preferred Experience with fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic computer and networking knowledge Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely Job Duties Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low-voltage systems Work with fire alarm, burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV systems Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Educate customers on proper system operation Complete service documentation accurately and on time Meet company quality and performance standards Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally Travel to customer locations as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to safely climb ladders and operate aerial lifts Ability to work in commercial and residential environments Ability to travel as required for service and installation work Ability to work overtime when needed Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
