Licensed Electrician — Full-Time or Part-Time Build a Career Without Giving Up Your Life Stanley Electric is hiring licensed electricians to join our growing team serving Hancock County, Washington County, Mount Desert Island, and surrounding communities. We are accepting applicants with a: Journeyman-in-Training License Journeyman Electrician License Limited Master Electrician License Master Electrician License This is an opportunity for electricians who want steady, year-round work without overnight travel. We offer flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time opportunities, and overtime is available—but never required. Our work includes residential, commercial, service, renovations, generators, heat pumps, and new construction. What We Offer No overnight travel Flexible schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities Overtime available, but not required Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Company truck after meeting the minimum tenure requirement Safety equipment provided Steady, year-round local work Variety of residential and commercial projects Opportunity for career growth and leadership Supportive, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties (license dependent) Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete service work Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform new construction, renovations, service upgrades, and electrical remodels Install lighting, generators, heat pump electrical systems, low-voltage, alarms, and communication systems Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety standards Work professionally with customers, contractors, and fellow team members Identify problems and recommend practical, high-quality solutions Qualifications Current Maine Journeyman-in-Training, Journeyman, Limited Master, or Master Electrician License Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC requirements, and safe work practices Experience in residential, commercial, service, or industrial electrical work preferred Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Ability to use hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship Valid driver's license with a good driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Why Stanley Electric?
