As a Residential Electrician, you will provide homeowners with safe, high-quality electrical solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Pay:
$25.00 - $34.00 per hour + Incentive opportunities Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems. Perform all work safely and in compliance with local and national electrical codes. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics. Install electrical panels, meter centers, conduit systems, junction boxes, transfer switches, and circuit breaker assemblies. Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions for homeowners. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with customers and team members. Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and fellow technicians to ensure project success. Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory for maximum efficiency. Train and mentor electrical helpers and apprentices as assigned. Participate in department meetings, training, and continuing education programs. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Residential Electrician. 3-7+ years of experience preferred. At least 18 years old. Have and maintain a clean, valid driver's license. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Knowledge of residential electrical codes and best practices. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas. Electrical license preferred, but not required.
