Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and technical skills, with experience in electrical systems, hydraulics, and precision measuring instruments. This role is essential for ensuring the successful operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to overall productivity and safety. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of machinery and production equipment. Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ammeters and precision measuring instruments. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems and low voltage equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on equipment performance and maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime in operations. Assists in installing and testing equipment. Performs light facility maintenance work. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. Must understand advanced mechanical drive systems and concepts and have a basic understanding of chillers, compressors, pumps, and HVAC systems. Experience reading electrical and maintenance schematics/blueprints Familiarity with low voltage systems and the ability to troubleshoot related issues. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for diagnostics and repairs. Experience with tracking maintenance activities is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for maintenance tasks. Willing to work at facility and property where smoking, tobacco products, and/or vaping is not allowed due to the nature of the hygiene product. Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for at least twelve (12) hours a day. Must be able to lift up to 55lbs
