Allen and Associates Inc. of Yadkin Yadkinville, NC Allen and Associates is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable professional who can lead electrical projects, supervise field personnel, troubleshoot complex systems, and represent our company with integrity. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to help build and lead a strong electrical team.
Responsibilities:
Lead commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects Supervise electricians, helpers, and subcontractors Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical diagrams Plan manpower, materials, and daily jobsite activities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems Ensure all work meets NEC, state, local, and project requirements Coordinate with customers, contractors, inspectors, and project managers Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite Assist with estimating, material takeoffs, and project planning when needed Train and develop less-experienced electricians
Qualifications:
Extensive electrical experience with strong troubleshooting skills North Carolina electrical license strongly preferred Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code Proven experience leading crews and managing electrical projects Ability to read plans, specifications, and one-line diagrams Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to pass applicable background and drug-screening requirements Willingness to travel to project locations when required Experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems, three-phase power, service installations, controls, generators, low-voltage systems, and project estimating is highly valued.

Schedule:
Full-time Monday through Friday Overtime and occasional travel may be required
Pay:
$___28_____ to $___35_____ per hour, based on licensing, experience, and leadership ability.
