- Reciprocal License accepted if eligible to work in Nebraska 7. Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Nebraska Journeyman Electrician License or qualifying reciprocal license
- 1-5+ years of electrical construction experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
- Experience with electrical materials, equipment, and installation methods
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
