Troubleshoot complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters; identify faults efficiently. Perform high-voltage wiring tasks safely on industrial equipment and infrastructure. Install and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes within industrial environments. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installation and repair tasks accurately. Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures during all phases of work to prevent accidents or hazards. Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new build projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Read electrical schematics and blueprints accurately to guide installation activities. Support low voltage wiring projects for communication or control systems as needed. Ensure all work aligns with NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations and industry best practices. Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license with proven experience in industrial and commercial settings. Extensive experience with industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and troubleshooting. Demonstrated knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) compliance requirements. Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Strong understanding of local electrical codes and safety procedures. Ability to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on complex electrical systems efficiently. Experience working on construction sites, renovations, or large-scale projects within industrial or commercial environments.
