Job Description

Wetlawn Inc - Wetlawn Electric is looking for an E-1 licensed electrician who is licensed in CT to undertake a variety of tasks within our Electrical, Lighting & Irrigation company. As an Electrician you will perform a combination of service and new installation of electrical systems for large scale outdoor lighting projects, residential construction and renovation projects including extensive home renovations, additions, kitchen and bath renovations, and home maintenance. Responsibilities Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting and electrical systems Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for interior lighting and exterior landscape lighting Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.) Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide project status updates to

Business Manager Skills :

Valid E-1 CT license to practice profession (CT E-1 License) Westchester County Master Electrician license a PLUS Proven experience as an electrician with at least 5+ years' of experience Knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to apply them in a practical manner on each job Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Technical savvy, ability to utilize tablets and have the ability to learn and effectively use our industry specific software (Buildertend experience is a PLUS) Ability to use technology to document project status, notes, and plans Experience training other journeyman / helpers Experience with A/V and home automation systems a plus Applicants must have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license We are an
