Markin Tubing is a leading manufacturer supplying worldwide automotive, off-road, and appliance markets with welded steel tubing, based in Wyoming, NY. We recently celebrated 60 years in business and continue to look for new people to join our team. We are currently looking for an Electrician to work First Shift (8am - 4pm) and Second Shift (4pm to Midnight).

Compensation:

This is a Union position and the starting rate is $34.47 per hour. The successful candidate will have the following skills: 4+ years industrial electrical experience Ability to troubleshoot production machinery including programmable controllers Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Practical knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) Working knowledge of PLCs Working knowledge of feeders, power circuits, limit switches, proximity switches, pressure switches, flow switches, pushbuttons, solenoids, encoders and lockout/tagout Knowledge of motors/controls, variable speed drives, induction heating, and a Journeyman certification are all +'s.
