As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical set ups. What Will You Be Earning?
Pay:
$30.00 to $45.00 per hour Compensation is determined by hiring managers and is based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the role. What Are We Looking For? Plan and lay out electrical work for themselves and assigned crew members, ensuring efficient project execution. Install and terminate wiring, fixtures, devices, and distribution equipment including panels and switchgear. Measure, cut, and bend conduit using hand and hydraulic benders for accurate circuit layouts. Pull, push, and route wire through raceways, cable trays, and other approved systems. Use power tools for drilling and cutting, and perform standard electrical repairs including replacing switches, fuses, bulbs, and sockets. Troubleshoot electrical systems and trace out short circuits using meters and standard diagnostic methods. Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and job specifications with accuracy and attention to detail. Perform all work in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and company safety policies. Set and review daily goals with supervisors and crew, maintaining clear communication and team alignment. Identify and implement pre-fabrication opportunities to improve job site productivity. Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials in an orderly, accountable manner. Adapt to changing job site priorities and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. Demonstrate leadership, organization, and professionalism on the job site. Provide required hand tools and select power tools as outlined in the company handbook. What Do We Want To See? Journeyman Electricians, Master Electricians, and Foremen. Open to motivated individuals eager to grow into one of these roles — a strong work ethic and positive attitude are key. Either completed or willing to complete the OSHA 10-hour safety course. Must supply your own hand tools and select power tools. Commitment to following all safety protocols and company policies Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is required. Great Benefits!
