Radici Plastics USA, a leading manufacturing facility located in Wadsworth, Ohio, is currently seeking skilled Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our team on 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm). A strong Electrical Maintenance background in a manufacturing environment is an absolute must for this position!!! We encourage you to apply if you have a strong knowledge of PLC Logic Controls and understand the interface of drives to motors and components.

Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Training will take place on a daytime shift from 6am-2pm for at least 2 months before moving to your assigned shift)

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our extrusion lines running smoothly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Installing and maintaining production machines, including extrusion lines, pelletizers, blenders, and other equipment Responding to emergency repairs during production and performing scheduled maintenance during machine service Conducting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of production machines Performing regular preventive maintenance and carpentry functions, as well as using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment Occasional fabrication (welding), and helping with screw pulls and machine changeovers Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to ensure accurate maintenance and repairs Ensuring safety protocols are followed while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting, with a demonstrated proficiency in electrical , mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance. We are currently seeking a candidate with a strong background in Electrical Maintenance in a manufacturing environment for an afternoon shift position (2pm-10pm only).

Mechanical troubleshooting and repair Pneumatics' knowledge and troubleshooting Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
