•This position is not remote. The role requires traveling for jobs that are typically 2 to 3 hours away one way, with some assignments necessitating overnight stays. We have projects throughout all regions of Oregon and Washington, which may require the individual to be away from home Monday through Friday. )

Schedule:

M-F core business hours; OT work on weekends may be offered

Pay Rate:

$60/hr

SW Washington, NW Oregon, United States What part will you play as a Solar Electrician? Our Energy client is seeking a Journeyman Electrician who will play an important role in our mission to harvest energy from rooftops and deliver ultimate customer satisfaction. This exciting role will report to the System Applications Engineering Lead and work within a cross-functional team to ensure the overall success of electrical services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on electrical experience with residential solar, EV, or stationary storage and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. With outstanding technical acumen, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, you can help us protect what matters most This person will be responsible for providing in-field electrical services, troubleshooting systems, as well as teaching and training electricians What will you be doing? Leading the installation of electrical systems by connecting residential solar arrays to the grid Ensuring all work installed by electricians is of exceptional workmanship and meets all applicable local and national compliance codes or requirements Troubleshooting, resolving and upgrading systems to ensure long-term system reliability and availability Maintaining excellent working relationships with partners, inspectors and homeowners to meet and exceed system requirements and scheduled timelines Developing and communicating technical standards to electricians Keeping accurate records of material consumption and proper maintenance of PPE and vehicles What do we require from you? Current valid electrical license in WA and OR 3-4 years hands on electrical experience related to residential solar, EV or stationary storage systems 1-2 years or equivalent experience supervising, managing or supporting more than 1 electrical crew as a lead installer or regional lead electrician Ability to read, interpret, verify calculations and correct electrical plans Thorough working knowledge and application of NEC and workplace safety practices Highly organized, accountable, thorough and independent contributor Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with team and peers both internal and external.

written, verbal, and email Passion for craftsmanship and general comfort working with and around general tradesmen Commitment to exceptional high electrical standards Valid driver's license

Pay:
