You will work alongside licensed Journeymen, assisting with commercial electrical installations, rough-ins, and job site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Material & Tool Handling:

Stage, organize, and transport electrical components, conduit, wire reels, and power tools across the job site.

Conduit & Box Installation:

Assist with measuring, cutting, bending, and mounting EMT/rigid conduit and junction boxes per layout specs.

Wire Pulling:

Help feed, pull, and route low and high-voltage wiring through conduit runs, trays, and wall framing.

Site Preparation & Rough-Ins:

Drill holes, clear pathways, set up scaffolding, and dig trenches for underground electrical service feeds.

Safety & Tool Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized work area, follow all OSHA safety protocols, and ensure hand and power tools are properly stored.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as an Electrician Laborer, Helper, Apprentice, or Construction Laborer with electrical exposure.

Solid proficiency with basic hand tools (wire strippers, linesman pliers, screwdrivers, tape measures) and power drills.

Ability to follow technical instructions, read basic schematics, and distinguish color-coded wiring.

Strong physical stamina: Able to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
