Lawrence, PA Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components Work from ladders, scaffolds or manlift to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures Cut, bend, and thread conduit, route onto fabricated piping skidded systems or install into container boxes and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes Repair or replace wiring, equipment or fixtures using hand tools and power tools Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors Assemble, install, test or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus or fixtures, using hand tools and power tools

Requirements The Ideal Candidate:

Will have working knowledge of electrical schematics Will have 1-2 years of electrical or instrumentation education Know how to use basic hand tools (drills, saws, rulers, wire cutters, wire strippers, etc.) Must have good communication skills Will have the ability to multi-task Must be a team player able to work closely with other personnel Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
