Job Description

Position Description:
Water Treatment Plant Project | $36 per Hour Elevate Workforce has an immediate opening for an experienced Lead Industrial Electrician to install and troubleshoot electrical systems at a water treatment plant. We need a dependable, hands-on leader who can oversee the electrical crew, coordinate daily work, and keep the project on schedule. Pay & Schedule $36 per hour 40 hours per week Some weekend work as needed Potential temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right person Responsibilities Lead the electrical crew, assign daily tasks, and monitor progress to meet project schedules. Coordinate with project management and other trades to keep work moving efficiently. Install galvanized rigid conduit and PVC-coated rigid conduit. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, raceways, and cable tray systems. Troubleshoot industrial machinery, motors, and control systems. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. Inspect completed work and verify that systems operate properly. Maintain tools and equipment and enforce applicable safety and quality standards. Qualifications At least five years of professional electrical experience, preferably in industrial settings. Hands-on installation experience with BOTH galvanized rigid conduit and PVC-coated rigid conduit is required. Demonstrated ability to lead a crew, oversee electrical work, and keep team members on schedule. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, tools, and installation techniques. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Water treatment plant experience is a plus.
