Job Overview Lead Journeyman and Wireman Electrician - Residential & Commercial Service Freedom Electrical Solutions is a growing, family-owned electrical company serving Liberty Hill and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Journeyman and Wireman Electrician to join our team. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys electrical work, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and wants to be part of a team—not someone who's simply looking to collect a paycheck. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, punctual, knowledgeable in the National Electrical Code, and confident leading residential and commercial service calls while building trust with customers through professionalism and honesty. Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial electrical service work, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and upgrades. Diagnose electrical issues accurately and provide professional solutions. Prepare estimates and present repair options to customers with confidence and integrity. Deliver outstanding customer service on every job. Maintain thorough documentation, notes, photos, and invoices. Use software such as Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber , or similar field service management programs. Ensure all work complies with the current National Electrical Code and local codes. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and workspace. Communicate effectively with customers and office staff. Represent Freedom Electrical Solutions professionally at all times. Mentor apprentices or helpers when needed. Prioritize safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. Skills & QualificationsRequired Texas Journeyman Electrician License Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems Experience creating estimates and selling recommended repairs without high-pressure tactics Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Extremely punctual, dependable, and reliable Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and field service software Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience using Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber , or similar CRM/service software Previous leadership or lead technician experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For We value character just as much as technical ability.
