Job Description

Dailey Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This position is responsible for coordinating daily field activities, maintaining productivity and quality, and ensuring work is completed safely and according to project plans and specifications. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate electricians and apprentices in the field. Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members. Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and applicable codes. Coordinate installation of conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, equipment, and electrical systems. Monitor crew productivity and help keep projects on schedule. Coordinate material, equipment, and manpower needs with project management. Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance. Enforce company safety policies and jobsite requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture. Coordinate with general contractors, other trades, inspectors, and project personnel. Track labor, progress, and field issues and communicate them to the project team. Train and mentor electricians and apprentices. Maintain an organized, professional jobsite. Qualifications Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience. Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a lead electrical position preferred. Thorough knowledge of electrical installation methods and the NEC. Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage crews and jobsite priorities. Ability to identify problems and make sound field decisions. Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements, when applicable.
