Day Shift (6am-3pm or 7am-4pm) $33-$35+/hour based on experience Approximately 15% travel to local plants - Home most evenings Work for a stable industry leader with long-term career growth opportunities Key responsibilities include: Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating electrical, instrumentation, and process control systems in an industrial manufacturing environment Diagnosing and repairing AC/DC motor controls, electrical drives, PLCs, VFDs, soft starters, sensors, and automation equipment Performing preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and production efficiency Coordinating electrical repairs, upgrades, and improvements related to plant controls and industrial equipment Supporting automation initiatives by researching and implementing upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, capacity, and process consistency Installing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical equipment, instrumentation, and control systems Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation Troubleshooting high-voltage electrical systems and industrial control circuits Partnering with Engineering teams and outside contractors to complete capital projects and equipment improvements Supporting plant operations through technical troubleshooting, equipment optimization, and process improvements Maintaining compliance with company safety policies, electrical standards, and applicable industry regulations Working in outdoor industrial environments while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area We're looking for someone with: 2-year technical degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent industrial electrical experience 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, mining, aggregates, heavy industrial, or similar environment Experience working with PLCs, VFDs, soft starters, sensors, and motor controls Licensed or certified electrician experience preferred Ability to travel approximately 15% and participate in an on-call rotation #LP
