Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center construction project in Wink, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed journeyman electricians looking for consistent overtime on a large-scale project. The position offers $36.00/hour , $175/day per diem , and 60-75 hours per week , working 6-7 days per week .
Essential Duties:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on a data center construction project. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications. Install conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, switchgear, and electrical equipment. Perform electrical terminations and ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all OSHA and site safety requirements. Work effectively with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
Requirements/Skills:
Active Journeyman Electrician License required. Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience . Must have a valid driver's license . Must provide your own hand tools . Must have required PPE, including hard hat and gloves . Ability to work 60-75 hours per week , including weekends as needed. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen . Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safe electrical work practices. Reliable, dependable, and able to work on a long-term project.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions and active construction environments. Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools safely. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday.
