This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems. This is not a commercial wiring role — this is true heavy industrial electrical work supporting continuous process manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant electrical and instrumentation systems
Troubleshoot motor control circuits, power distribution systems, and switchgear (up to 2300V)
Perform low
and high-voltage terminations and switching applications
Test, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC motors and variable frequency drives
Maintain and calibrate control valves, actuators, positioners, belt scales, and gas analyzers
Install and align motors; fabricate and install conduit as needed
Conduct motor ground testing and maintain documentation
Complete and document work orders in CMMS (SAP preferred)
Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations Required Qualifications
5+ years of industrial electrical experience
Experience in heavy manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or similar environment
Strong troubleshooting skills on motors, controls, and power systems
Ability to work in physically demanding industrial conditions
High-voltage experience
Journeyman Electrician License preferred
Knowledge of thermography applications preferred #ST101
Pay:
