Working with us We strive to work steady, work clean, be organized, and have strong teams that get along. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from skilled professionals, and a clear path to grow into a licensed residential electrician. We're looking for Individuals who have experience with hand and power tools and the drive to learn to become an electrician. (Up to six months of residential electrical experience desired, we're looking to train individuals with hands-on aptitude.) Team members who take pride in neat, clean work and enjoy working on a range of projects. Must be able to pass an illegal drug screen and fair chance background check. Must have a driving record acceptable to insurance. As required under Washington's Fair Chance Act (RCW 49.94.010), a copy of the Washington Attorney General's Fair Chance Act Guide is enclosed, which explains your rights in connection with this background check: https://www.atg.wa.gov/fair-chance-act. Physical Requirements Lift 50 lbs from ground and pull 50 lbs of force. Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling. Fully squat, stoop, or kneel while wearing a 25 lb tool belt. Stand for long periods of time performing repetitive tasks such as grasping or manipulating wires. Work off ladders, man lifts, or reach booms. Work in varying weather conditions (rain, cold, heat, etc.), confined spaces, or high noise levels. Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential settings. Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools to perform electrical tasks. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Conduct tests using voltmeters and ohmmeters to verify functionality. Collaborate with experienced electricians to gain practical knowledge and skills. Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) and site safety regulations.
