PM 12-Hour Continental Shift Join Our Maintenance Team! We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team at our South Plant in Oak Creek. This is a hands-on opportunity for an electrician who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, working with PLCs and controls, and keeping production machinery running safely and reliably. What You'll Do Install, diagnose, repair, and service electrical systems and industrial equipment. Troubleshoot motors, transformers, relays, switches, sensors, and other electrical components. Install power wiring, conduit, electrical panels, and components for new equipment. Troubleshoot PLC and process control systems, including connecting/going online and replacing I/O cards. Use electrical test equipment such as multimeters to diagnose electrical issues. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment. Complete maintenance work orders using

CMMS/EAM

systems. Perform equipment changeovers according to production schedules. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation. Follow Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Electrical Safety procedures. Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives. Train production employees and apprentices on electrical safety and maintenance techniques when needed. Work with maintenance, production, vendors, and contractors to resolve equipment issues. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of industrial electrical experience. Manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills. PLC troubleshooting experience, including the ability to connect/go online and replace I/O cards. Experience using electrical test equipment. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation. Knowledge of Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and electrical safety. Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and work independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license. Technical college or vocational training is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Master Electrician or applicable electrical license. Food manufacturing or bakery industry experience. Large-scale bakery maintenance experience. Experience working with outside vendors and contractors. Familiarity with food safety and regulatory inspection requirements. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a hands-on industrial manufacturing position. The role may involve exposure to moving machinery, noise, varying temperatures, humidity, chemicals, and other industrial conditions.

You should be comfortable with:

Working 12-hour shifts. Lifting 50+ pounds. Standing, climbing, bending, stooping, and working in awkward or confined positions. Working in temperatures ranging from approximately -10°F to 85°F. Wearing slip-resistant steel-toe safety shoes. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
