Up to 4 weeks PTO + 9 paid holidays Work with a stable, respected company that values craftsmanship and integrity What You'll Do Review mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates Conduct site visits to evaluate existing HVAC systems and job conditions Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to verify scope, labor, and materials Prepare clear, professional proposals for clients Track bid opportunities, maintain estimating documentation, and assist with preconstruction planning What Were Looking For• 5-10 years of experience estimating commercial or industrial HVAC projects Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, fabrication, and installation Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HVAC estimating/ERP software Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical specifications Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Valid drivers license and ability to conduct site visits as needed We're a team-focused, growing commercial HVAC provider with a reputation for exceptional service and long-term customer relationships.
