This role is ideal for an experienced landscape sales professional, outside sales representative, or estimator who enjoys working directly with clients and closing profitable landscaping projects. This position offers a competitive base salary, commission-based earnings, a company vehicle, and a gas card, along with strong earning potential and long-term career growth in the landscaping industry. Key Responsibilities Meet with residential and commercial landscaping clients to assess project needs Conduct site visits and prepare accurate landscape estimates and proposals Present bids, negotiate pricing, and close landscape sales Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities Maintain long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure clear project scope and expectations Track estimates, sales activity, and customer interactions using basic CRM or estimating software Qualifications & Requirements Experience in landscape sales, landscape estimating, outside sales, or construction sales preferred Knowledge of landscape construction, maintenance, irrigation, hardscape, or turf services is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license (company car provided) Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, estimating software, or CRM tools) Compensation & Benefits $50,000 base salary 3% commission on gross sales Company car provided Gas card provided Performance-based compensation review after 90 days Career growth opportunities within Family Turf Supportive team environment Earnings Potential Example Annual sales of $1.8 million ($150,000 per month) Commission at 3% equals $54,000 per year Total annual compensation equals $104,000 (base salary plus commission) Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and sales volume.
