Location:

N. Wellington, FL Family-owned site development contractor in Palm Beach County is seeking an ONSITE Earthwork Estimator due to growth. Known for its strong reputation across Southeast Florida, the company specializes in residential land development and is experiencing continued growth backed by a solid project pipeline and hands-on leadership. They offer an entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and flexible environment where employees take pride in their work and have the opportunity to grow with the business. Estimator is responsible for preparing takeoffs and cost estimates, analyze grading, excavation, and site development, evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes, and develop bids, identify risks, and support successful project execution.

Must have:

5+ years of experience in earthwork, site development, or heavy civil estimating Proficiency in Agtek, HCSS, B2W, Bluebeam, Planswift and/or HeavyBid Strong understanding of grading, excavation, utilities, and construction plans/specifications Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail Stable work history and the ability to pass a background check. •Prefer local candidates or those relocating specifically to West Palm Beach.

Salary :

$120-$175K + discretionary bonus •(don't let salary deter you!!)•
