Sales & Design Estimator - Lighting Solutions Sarasota, Florida $70,000 - $90,000 per year | Base + Commission Design stunning spaces. Deliver accurate estimates. Close with confidence. Festive Lighting Pros of Sarasota is a growing, family-owned residential and commercial lighting company specializing in permanent landscape lighting and custom holiday lighting installations. We're looking for a Sales & Design Estimator who combines creativity with strong sales instincts-someone who can design beautiful lighting concepts, accurately estimate project costs, and guide clients through a consultative sales process. If you enjoy blending design, client interaction, and sales strategy, this is a unique opportunity to make an impact. What You'll Do As a Sales & Design Estimator, you'll meet directly with homeowners, businesses, and HOAs to design and propose custom lighting solutions. This role combines creative design, estimating, and consultative sales. Key Responsibilities Meet with homeowners, businesses, and HOAs to design and sell custom lighting solutions Conduct on-site consultations and nighttime lighting demonstrations Create lighting designs tailored to client preferences, property layout, and budget Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and project scopes Use consultative, question-based discovery to understand client needs Present design concepts and pricing clearly and confidently Build long-term client relationships and maintain a high-trust sales approach Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement (company leads provided) Collaborate closely with installation teams to ensure accurate project execution Track leads, estimates, and sales activity using CRM systems Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets Schedule Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Evenings and occasional weekends may be required for nighttime demonstrations and peak seasons.
