• Commercial Hollow Metal Doors & Frames, Wood Doors Supplies Commercial Hardware We are looking for an Estimator to prepare accurate estimates and/or purchasing the materials from estimates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills and managing relationships with key persons. Responsibilities Review architectural plans and specifications for commercial door and hardware projects. Prepare accurate estimates and material takeoffs. Create and submit complete submittal packages for customer approval. Maintain organized project documentation and records. Communicate with vendors, project managers, and customers regarding project requirements. Track project changes and update estimates and submittals as needed. Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working at a computer for most of the workday. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications is a plus. Experience in commercial doors, hardware, construction estimating, or a related field is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
