ER Snell is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team in the corporate Snellville office. The ideal candidate has an Engineering degree with experience in Construction, Mechanical, or Civil engineering. Design build experience preferred.

Position Description:

Prepare project cost estimates documents and drawings and any other information needed. Able to explain details behind each estimate, including the basis of the man-hours allocated for each task, personnel resources needed to execute each task, etc. Solicit new subcontractors/suppliers and ensure necessary pre-qualification steps are taken. Work with superintendents to organize project schedule. Secure pricing, organizing, and issuing of subcontracts for all comprehensive jobs. Update wage rates, materials, and equipment costs as needed. Deliver timely reports and accurate information to management. Research new and upcoming opportunities for viability and fit for industry. Primavera software experience preferred. 3-5 years of experience Bachelor's degree required Experience in managing construction teams Success in client relationships

Position Requirements:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with the field, management, and clients alike.
• Advanced computer skills required.
