Job Description
Estimator & Client Liaison Full Time, On Site | Ames, IA | $18-$24 per hour based on experience We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Estimator & Client Liaison to join our team. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of front-desk hospitality, estimating, and administrative work in a professional showroom setting. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and greet showroom visitors. Build and maintain estimates in Excel. Enter and track customer orders. Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and presentation-ready between appointments. Support the sales and design team with day-to-day administrative tasks. What We're Looking For Strong computer skills and confidence working in Excel. Professional phone presence and clear communication. Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Customer service or front desk experience preferred. Interest in cabinetry, design, or construction is a plus. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
