Professional Roofing Solutions & Construction (PRSC) is growing, and we're looking for someone who knows siding and windows and can own the details that make a project run right. If you're the person who catches the wrong measurement, missing accessory, incorrect window size, or material issue before it becomes a problem on the jobsite , we want to talk to you. This role is responsible for helping take our siding and window projects from signed contract to production-ready by making sure measurements are accurate, materials are correct, and everything needed for installation is ordered and ready to go. This is a great opportunity for someone with siding, window, exterior construction, remodeling, estimating, or material-ordering experience who wants to take on an important role within a growing construction company. What You'll Own Measure and/or verify siding and window projects. Review contracts, project scopes, estimates, measurements, photos, and job documentation. Calculate siding, trim, accessories, and other material quantities. Verify window sizes, styles, configurations, and specifications. Identify siding profiles, colors, accessories, and product requirements. Build and submit accurate siding and window material orders. Communicate directly with suppliers and manufacturers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and specifications. Review order confirmations and catch discrepancies before materials are delivered. Coordinate material deliveries with our Production team. Track projects from measurement through material delivery. Work with Sales, Account Management, and Production when information is missing or needs clarification. Identify potential scope, measurement, or ordering issues before they create delays or additional costs. Handle change orders and additional material needs when necessary. Keep measurements, orders, documentation, and job notes accurate and updated in our CRM. What We're Looking For We want someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and extremely detail-oriented. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your projects without needing someone to constantly follow up with you. Experience with siding and/or windows is strongly preferred. The right person will also have: Experience in siding, windows, exterior construction, remodeling, estimating, or a related field. Experience measuring siding and/or windows. Knowledge of siding materials, trim, accessories, profiles, and basic installation requirements. Ability to read measurements, scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and construction documents. Experience working with suppliers and placing construction material orders. Strong math and measurement skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages. Confidence communicating with suppliers, sales representatives, and production teams. Comfortable using email, computers, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and supplier ordering platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to catch issues before they become jobsite problems. That's why this position is important. You will be the person making sure our crews have the right products, the right quantities, and the right information before installation begins.
