Job Description

ESTIMATOR

Mitigation/Repairs We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our restoration team. This role involves inspecting damaged properties, creating accurate scopes of work, and preparing estimates using industry-standard software. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with project managers, insurance adjusters, and customers. Full-time | Competitive pay | Growth opportunities $ 50,000-85,000- Pay is based upon Qualifications & Experience of the Candidate Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate with Repairs division and prepare estimates for repairs
Ability to listen and communicate with customers to provide changes Position Requirements
3+ years of Xactimate Experience
Experience in restoration/building industry environment a plus
