Project Manager Residential & Light Commercial Construction Pay:

Full-time Join Our Growing Team We are a growing residential and light commercial construction company seeking an experienced Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities As our Construction Estimator / Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from the initial customer meeting through final completion.

Responsibilities include:

Meet with homeowners and commercial clients Conduct site visits and field measurements Review construction plans and specifications Prepare accurate material and labor estimates Present proposals and secure new projects Coordinate project schedules Order materials and schedule deliveries Coordinate subcontractors and company crews Manage project budgets and profitability Process and manage change orders Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project Perform quality control inspections Resolve field issues promptly and professionally Conduct final walkthroughs Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of residential and/or light commercial construction experience Proven estimating experience Strong understanding of residential and light commercial construction methods and materials Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software preferred Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar estimating software is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Competitive compensation Performance-based incentives Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Company vehicle Company phone and computer Opportunities for advancement and leadership What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership of every project Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors, and team members Is highly organized and detail-oriented Understands the importance of profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction Leads by example and solves problems proactively Is dependable, accountable, and committed to excellence Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company Why Join Our Team?
